Using the latest version of rebuilder pro I am getting a buffer overflow 0003 error consistently when trying to back up the Da Vinci Code. This has happened to me on multiple computers and always 94% of the way through the rebuild process. I'm at a loss since I have almost no problems with this great program. I would post a log, but it's at my parents' house where I was working on it. Thank you in advance for whatever help you can give me.
Edit: I ripped the movie with dvd decrypter while using AnyDVD and also just using AnyDVD and pointing rebuilder to the dvd drive to make it completly unaltered.

No 0003 error here, but I'm having oversizing problems with this one.
Gonna try it again tonight...

no error here (R1 NTSC), but mine is actually undersizing a little. i have ccetargetsectors=2254000 and my outputs are usually 4.36gb, and da vinci code was about 4.28.
i did pre-process the way i usually do (but i haven't had any major problem yet other than occasional minor undersizing like this). i rip with ripit4me, do movie only with dvd-shrink while cutting the end/start crap, add the original menu with titlewriter, shrink the menu with menushrink and off to DVD-RB.

Fine here, 4.33g with CCE SP2 and 4.31g with TMPGEnc

I'd check and see if you have a bad rip. I've done that one (at least the NTSC, R1 version) with DVD Decrypter over AnyDVD and it worked correctly. You might also want to look at the log and make sure one of the segments isn't failing during encode. The 0003 error isn't an indicator of a problem in DVD-RB -- it means your source (either M2V or VOB) is hosed. DVD-RB has encountered a section in which it is impossible to align the audio's clock with that of the video and the buffer has run out of space trying to do it (even though it is several times bigger than should ever be needed).

Have you ever tried to set CCEAQM=1 in the [Options] of rebuilder.ini ? It may solve the undersizing problem.

Alright, well thank you for the prompt replies. The only thing I can really think of is the disc itself being corrupted. I'll have to see if they can exchange it for a different one. This is the only time a problem like this has surfaced using my current configuration. Though I am surprised Decrypter didn't find any errors reading the disc.

See what RipIt4Me says - it lets you know if the disk is damaged.
Make sure you use FixVTS.
