Playing DVD's with MPC and FFDSHOW

I want to use the ffdshow framerate doubler for DVD playback, but I find the video quality of the DVD in PowerDVD much better. Is there a way to set ffdshow only for framerate doubling, but use a PowerDVD filter to do the rest?
