Hello to Everyone, please teach me how to use BeSweet GUI for 6ch WAV to DTS DVD using foo_input_dts.dll. !URGENTLY! I remember there was a DTS plugin for DTS Encoding when BeSweet first cameout. Please PM me the plugin.

Can someone teach me how to make fake DTS please. Fake DTS DVD sound is actually only 448 Kbps, fake DTS sound is duplicated from the Dolby Digital 5.1 and change to 4-6 channel, but when you play at DVD player or use some software test it, it is just only 448 Kbps, so this is complete fake DTS sound

foo_input_dts.dll is a plugin for foobar2000! It decodes DTS files. It doesn't exist a plugin for encoding DTS either in Besweet nor Foobar. You need an standalone encoder application like Surcode DTS or do your tricks with Steinberg DTS plugin inside f.e. Nuendo. Last but not least there is also another standalone DTS encoder called DTS Series Pro (or simular).

Never heard about this, can plz give us some sources.

I guess you mean an AC3 encoded track!
-> AFAIK 448 Kbps is not possible (DVD-Video compatible) with any DTS encoder.
Don't mix up surround with DTS.
Like AC3 (possible rates ... 192~640 Kbps) DTS (768, 1411, 1536 Kbps) is a format which can handle multi channel recordings.
Fake surround in this context simply means a process of upmixing from a two channel source.

hint: a good place to start your adventures (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=83752) for the turn of the year!

There is no free DTS encoder.

I think xbox knows something. BeSweetGui can call Surcode when creating the DTS. But Surcode is not a plugin (dll or something), is an entire application as wrote by daphy previously.

enjoy,
