I want to shrink a file using Ashampoo Shrink and Burn 2. However, when i add a file, it says i am missing a codec needed to open the particular file
unknown codec: audio, tag 0, id:101
how can i check which codec i am missing?
i can still play the file on my comp though.
isn't that strange?

Check with Gspot or Mediainfo. Although I am guessing that the audio is AC3, and your app probally only takes ACM inputs (although I am just guessing).
