Debug My Graphedit

Hi all, i have made a graph that i feel should be working correctly but is not :(

i'm hoping someone can point out where i have made a mistake.



H264 source in with HDTV pump
output connects to
Elecard Demuxer
H264 output connects to
CoreAVC
XForm output connects to
DIVX
Divx output connects to
AVI Mux
Output connects
Dump - video.avi


I can watch the output of the divx but i cant seem to write it to a valid avi file. The file size seems write but it just hangs when i try to play it :(

maybe i should add that i think the problem is the AVImux filter, the input is correct but the output reads GUID_NULL.

not sure if i am using the wrong filter !!!

You should use the File Writer filter, not Dump.

i used the haali media muxer in the end, and this game me pretty much what i wanted, except its an an MKV container instead of AVI.

Guess thats not too much of a dilema unless i wanna be viewing it on my DVD player
