scenarist 3.0 & scenaid error

hi, i get this error with scenarist 3.0:

Error The track "VTS03_1_Track" has place holder.
Error The track "VTS03_2_Track" has place holder.
Error The track "VTS03_3_Track" has place holder.
Error The track "VTS04_1_Track" has place holder.
Error The track "VTS05_1_Track" has place holder.
Error PreCheck From DB failed.
Error DVD Video files could not be created

these are useless tracks that i had removed with scenaid (unchecked). Why does this cause problem with scenarist?
what is the easiest way to fix without reencoding?

is it advisable to do the removing of undesirables with something like dvdremake pro before starting the big 3?

i havent used the big 3 in awhile and always remember having problems with scenarist. is there something better out now that people use or do people just no longer use big 3 altogether?

sounds to me like your missing the dummy assets in the scenaid directory....

"place holder's" are created to keep track of the asset before it's created but if an asset is missing on import it gets converted to a place holder in scenarist..

look in the script and see what asset's those tracks use.. but if these are "removed" assets then I'd say your missing the dummy files in the scenaid dir
