On my own PC I created a DVD slide show of photo's with Nero 7. This plays fine in both my PC and standalone DVD player.
When I try to play this on my parents Windows MCE PC (but not from within the MCE application) with Windows Media Player 11 on an ATI X550, I get the following strange image...

The image only looks like that only inside the WMP 11 frame, so the border, controls and the rest of my desktop show up fine.
Initially I thought that it was a codec issue, but the MCE PC has also installed Nero 7, and I tried installing various other codecs as well without any luck. When I finally went into the MCE application and selected "Play DVD" it showed up fine ???
So the question is... why isn't this working on WMP 11, while it works fine on another XP with WMP 11 ?
