Xbox Media Center has a really cool feature that adjusts even a DIVX AVI's framerate on the fly from PAL to NTSC. So it plays at 23.97 fps instead of 25 fps. This gets rid of the annoying up-pitched audio playback of these vids. Is there a media player for Windows that can do this? I can't seem to find one....

Is there a media player for Windows that can do this?Unless I'm misunderstanding something here, if you're talking about playback on your PC, you should be able to play BOTH proper PAL and proper NTSC formats without any adjustments needed (Unless you have an absolutely ancient CRT that's not multisynch)...

reclock does what I needed. thx. just wanted to pitch down the audio. slowing 25 to 23.976 does that.

IMO : No, you cant ...
Playing NTSC need 48Hz and PAL need 50Hz ...
No screen accept 1200Hz as refresh rate ... :D
So no refresh rate can play both perfectly ... ;)
[edit] When playing PAL or NTSC movies, Windows doesn't change the refresh rate by itself ... the problem in fact is here ... ;)
