View Full Version : Setting for IBG naming and location not respected

When creating an ISO and Burning with ImgBurn from PgcEdit, the settings within ImgBurn on naming and where to place the .IBG graph is not being respected. Rather it is being placed into the root directory of the drive where the ISO was created.

In my case, I have it set for "E:\logs\imgburn" with "%v %B %I %S" naming, and if I start ImgBurn and open and burn an already prepared ISO these settings are respected.

I'm not sure whether the issue is caused by the specific CLI used by PgcEdit, or whether ImgBurn itself is ignoring the settings by accident or design whenever CLI is used.

BTW, anyone able to access ImgBurn forums (http://forum.imgburn.com/) atm? I keep getting timeout errors.

I think ImgBurn ignores the path configured in its setup if you provide the /IBG argument. PgcEdit adds the path of the output ISO automatically, so IMO, there is nothing abnormal. If you untick the IBG option in PgcEdit, ImgBurn will probably save it in the right location.

And yes, the ImgBurn forum is down.
