Divx to SVCD in CCE porblem

i'm trying to make all my avi's to SVCD's and since CCE is "fastest" that's what i'm using. i load the avi and make all the necessary changes, but when i click "encode" it says "couldn't find appropriate video codec for 'div4'". i've tried installing the Divx4 codec again and the movie plays fine with it.

:D Actually you should read the forum better, this has been answered before, but I have nothing to do so.
If you want to convert your div-x avi file then you should load it in tmpeg firt. Resize it to svcd standard(480X480 for ntsc) then save project. Now load the project in vpapicon and check out the audio box and make a the avi file. This avi file should only be a couple of mb big. Now load you avi that you made with vpapicon in cce and it should work now.

When I'm using Tmpgenc to resize DivX for CCE, will choosing different filters in Tmpgenc have an effect on the output as well?
