how i can see a full screen with microdvd

i use microdvd in order to see the subtitles also, but when i use it the screen size become smaller, i can see the two black line how can i change that so i wiil be able to see in a full screen mode????

I don't know if I understand your question correctly...
MicroDVD Player has a fullscreen button. It looks like two arrows (<- ->) right above 2 buttons that say "M" and "F".

i don't have problem with switch microdvd to full screen mode, my qustion is if i can remove the two black line in bottem of the movie and the upper like power dvd 4 do so i can see a full screen with no black line

I'm assuming again, but are you saying you want to use "pan&scan"? That would enlarge the picture to the whole screen without changing aspect ratio but cutting some pixels off the sides.
This is possible with MicroDVD Player. Open the configuration dialog, select controls, scroll down till you see "Switch Pan-and-Scan On/Off" and "Toggle Pan-and-Scan Modes" and then bind keys to these functions or just use the default ones.
