Sorry for posting, but I was just wondering if Megui is able or if not if it's going to one day be able to support multiple pc's connected perhaps by a router (Farm mode) to render a single job.

If I remember correctply, VDUb mod was once in the past supportive of this method, so I was wondering if it could not be done

The main reason if that I have 3 p4 machines, so encoding in h264 in just one gives very low FPS, besides not beeing able to shut down or restart for a long time.

Once more, sorry for posting such a lame question

Ok, thank you for the really quick reply.

Btw, great all in one encoder. Thank you :)

80/20, 80/20. Oh, and quadcore CPUs... we'll even get 8 cores sooner than later.

i have a quadcore and its not using all its power just with threading. it sits around 75% which means a whole core isnt being used still. so something like elder builtin to megui would of course be more of a 20/80 to me heh...
