Premiere Pro 2.0 and useage of effects on all video tracks

Is it possible to apply some video effect to all video tracks in the same time?

For example, I need to set brightness/contrast for "output", rendered result of 3 mixed video tracks. Is there any way to place brightness/contrast effect on some top video track/layer and to achieve that its settings affect all video tracks that I mix below?

I know it can be done in After Effects but I need this in Premiere if it is somehow possible...

AFAIK nesting is the only solution in premiere.
