crop prob

Is it possible to crop a vob like dvd2avi does? I mean: different number of pixel cropped up and down. The instruction
Crop(0,72,720,432) crops 72 pixel from top and 72 pixel from bottom to have an output of 720x432 but how to crop 72 from bottom and 70 from top?
Please explain this to a newbie like me.

or so...

Crop(0,70,720,436)
