Capture TV with Debian

Can anyone please give me an URL to a guide where I can learn how to install Hauppauge WinPVR-250 on Debian? Or if someone can tell me how to, I would really appreciate it ;)

http://www.shspvr.com/smf/ in the US and http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/board/ for UK are two of my favorite Hauppauge boards. Both have Linux sub boards.
