Hi freinds,
Im just a lil baffled up here, Trying to convert a 4:3 DVD to 16:9 x264/Xvid.
The source is NTSC 4:3 720x480 Progressive 99.91% FILM as reported by D2V.
The thing is I don't wanna RESIZE it, Rather just wanna Crop 12 below & 16 Above to crop the Image vertically & not touch it horizontally, retaining the horizontal Resolution as it is WITHOUT any RESIZING.
Im using Megui, If I check clever anamorphic option, & then give values to crop, it start encoding but the AR remains untouched. If i don't select Clever anamorphic & just give it CROP without Resize it gives me error.
Can u guyz put some light on what is the issue. The movie is Pirates of the Silicon Valley.
