CCE SP2 crashing

I have tried using CCE SP2 1.00.00.01, 04 and 10. The program seems to randomly crash. Not your normal crash. It just closes and the icon is still on the taskbar but when you hover over it, it goes away. I am trying this on a freshly built Windows XP box with some XVID AVI files. Doing the same exact encoding with the older 2.70 version works fine. Anyone else having problems with the new CCE SP2?

Bug Fixes
- Could not decode DV audio properly if DV info in the AVI file header was incorrect.
- Application error occurred when trying to create wave file from 12-bit DV audio.

Maybe try Version 1.00.00.11
