VTS_01_1 T01 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY 64183ms.ac3

This is the delay I get everytime I demux "Memoirs of a Geisha" from the VOB's

Can't seem to get the audio to sink up with the video using megui and h264 and MKmerge. I usually output the video to mp4 with know audio and then after megui finishes with it I demux the audio using DGindex "force film" activated. And then use MKmerge to mux the video and audio into a MKV file. Usually works beautifully, chapters and all. So what's wrong this time or is it something simple I could do to fix this?

Thanks

Hi!

It sounds like you've already ripped this "RipGuard"-protected
DVD to your harddrive using DVD Decrypter v.3.5.4 (or similar)

So, now just load the rip into VOBBlanker and:

Set an output directory, select "Process all" - and then press
the "Process" radiobutton.

The new DVD "package" created by VOBBlanker in your output directory should be processed properly (in synch) by your conversion software...

OK, I tried that and got new processed VOB's, IFO's ect in my output directory. When I play them in Zoomplayer the video and audio are in synch (as they wre before). It is when I demux the video and audio in DGIndex that I get this hugh delay (as in my first post). I need to demux because I used the audio AC3 file to mux the striped audio and video into an MKV file using MKmerge. So any other ideas would help. Or maybe I'm not using VOBblanker correctly??

What program did you use to initially rip the DVD to your hard drive?

Try to run FixVTS through your vobs files.
Helps most of the time.
