docce4u/cce crashes when enabling drop frame flag

I haven't been able to figure this one out. When using DoCCE4u when it gets to the of enabling drop frame flag it crashes my computer. This has happen across multiple movies Cars and Mission Impossible. I did some searching but was unable to find anyone with the same problem. Appreicate anybodys insight in resolving this.
