mpeg2 & AC3 editor

Hi folks

I find myself using with several different assets from various sources and often find myself using DVDSP to synce audio. DVDSP will join and export a mpeg file but not the audio.

I need an editor which can import a m2v and AC3 assets, edit them, then export new synced assets

You can cut and join m2v/ac3.
