Wrong subtitles extracted

I ripped the movie LOTR Return of the King extended edition set in .IFO mode. Then in AGK i chose the first PGC of the first DVD and 2 subtitles came up: English and Greek. I chose Greek(second subtitle) but AGK created external subs for English instead.
The second part produced the same problem. What i did was use VSRip and subresync etc to manually make the external subs.
Is there any solution to this problem. It comes up quite often and its a bit of waste of time. I used the last 3 betas of AGK up to 2.37b with same results

To be expected. So, run the Preview again, this time choosing the other subs. When you see that they're what you want (Greek), go ahead and encode. It's not all that uncommon to find the subs mislabeled. Which is why the included tutorial says:
Sometimes Subtitle Streams, regular or forced subs, are mislabeled and will be in a different language than what it says. The best advice that I can give is to run the Preview before doing the encoding to make sure that you have the right subs. There's nothing worse than spending all the time to encode the movie, and then finding out that you have to do it all over again because the subs don't show up.
