Where to put muxman.exe for Scenaid to use?

Where do I put muxman.exe for Scenaid to use? I put the exe in the same folder but I got an error after the mux.

This is what scenaid shows me:

Calling MuxMan functions
* Killing all files in muxman directory
* Launching Muxman for muxing
* Muxman Finished (yes it's' that fast)
VideoTS.IFO 0 len - assuming mux failed
Processing Complete

Going by the guide on Doom9, everything should be in the Video_TS folder, but I don't have a full DVD there. None of the buttons work and it won't go to the main movie.

just in the main scenaid directory

It looks like MuxMan ran, but there was an error. See if there is a log file, default name is c:\muxman.log
