Scale subtitles to new video

Hi,

is it somehow possible to scale an existing Subtitle srt file when the subtitles fit correctly at the beginning of a video, but are off by for example 2 seconds at the end of a video.

Does a tool exists which, given a certain delay, calculates an offset time and scales the srt files times dependent on the current time index?

Use subtitleworkshop, use Edit -> Timings -> Adjust and set the times of the 1st and last sub.
