Hello. I have a DVD that I have encoded the video from into h264 video. Now I want to rip the subtitles, then change the font and mux it into the MKV. The muxing is no problem, but what would be the best and easiest way to rip the subtitles and change the font? Can I use something like Aegisub to change the font after the subtitles have been ripped, or is that program only good for MAKING subtitles, not editing ripped ones?

it would have been perfect if there is some way to rip subtitles so that I can open them is Aegisub or Substation Alpha - with the timing intact :)
