Subtitle not Imported into Scenarist

Hey everyone, I have a problem that I haven't had in the past. I recently reformatted my PC and this is my first attempt at backing up some of my DVDs after the reformat, and the problem I'm running into is that the subtitles aren't being imported into Scenarist. They are present in the directory of the movie, and I have enabled the importing of subtitles in Scenaid, but they still don't show up after importing into Scenarist. Any ideas?

Edit: Perhaps I should mention that when I open up ScenAid and browse to the my working directory, when it scans everything and I view the main movie VTS in ScenAid, the Subtitle portion of the window is completely blank...in other words, the video files, the audio files all display properly in the window, but in the subtitle section the box is completely blank? Don't know why this is, because all of the subtitle files are there in the directory. Here's what I mean:

If i recall when i had this problem time back you need to replace VSConv.exe and VSrip.exe in the dif4u folder with the costom build version by D3S7
