Output files question

I have choosen the 2cds 1400MB option. AutoGK now produces one 1400mb file and two 700mb files with cd1 and cd2 ending. I want the movie as one file. So can I just take the 1400mb file or ist there a difference (as a temp file) to the two 700mb files?
