ac3 file import filter hanging

when using autogk, the virtualdubmod ac3 file import filter totally hangs during 'parsing file'.

it was happening before, and i even format and reinstalled xp but it is still doing it.....it uses all my cpu and i let it sit for several hours....

anyone have any thoughts as to why it wont finish?

Is it the same AC3 file each time? If so, it may be corrupt.
