avisynth is not installed application will now exit

Hi

I have just installed AutoGK 2.27 on my PC (winXP sp2)
I choose the default install settings which include avisynth.

Yet when I try to run autoGK from the start menu I get:

ERROR "avisynth is not installed application will now exit"

in a pop up and when I click OK nothing more.

I have tried this with the v2.36 beta and the main gordian knot rip pack, same error.

Can anyone explain what has gone wrong?

Although according to the install avisynth is installed, it appears not so I downloaded it seperatly and all seems well now.
