Asus 7700 DLX WDM PAL Problem

ohh well, i have tried Nvidia 1.05 - 1.08, but in virtualdub 16fps :/, i have tryed the ASUS Digital VCR trick but no luck.
and yesterday i downloaded Asus DigitalVCR 2.1Beta and wee i could cap in mpeg1 and mpeg2 in realtime.

Now the problem:

i cant cap in 25FPS, it dosent mather if i change 30fps to 25, it cap in 30 anyways?, i saw in a tread that i could chenge the reg to Pal, but im not shore if i got pal I o r Pal BGI (lives in sweden), but i couldent find in regedit where to change the key.

i hope someone know the prob

I also have a Asus Geforce 2 GTS 7700 Deluxe and have no problem capture in Pal 25 FPS.
The program I use for capture is :

iuVCR - http://www.iulab.com/index.shtml (remember the setting : iuVCR.exe /notv)

ATV2000 - http://www.geocities.com/mikecrash.geo/

Video Signal Format for Sweden is : PAL B

Your problem is virtualdub, it is not real WDM program.
