I would say that Adobe After Effects was possibly used in that one.....

I don't think so. Actually it's pretty simple. Just setup the layers accordingly and then animate their position/scale. Or you can create new camera and animate it. There are many ways to achieve that. If you learn the basics you will do this kind of effects in no time :).
