View Full Version : Error in MPEG stream causing sync error

I've got an MPEG with a little "blip" in it that, when the video is converted to Xvid, causes the audio to go out of sync from that point forward. (The MPEG stays in sync from start to finish, though.)

The blip was caused by my DVD-ROM being unable to read a couple of bits off of a DVD. Is there anything I can do to make AutoGK keep this footage in sync? Thanks.

You'd have to edit the video around the blip, or edit and encode just past the blip, then encode the rest separately and join the two files.

That's EXACTLY what I was afraid of.
