Problem with HCEnc and Scenarist.

I keep getting this error when trying to import an HCEnc encoded Mpeg-2 file into Scenarist 3.0

"Error : Number of fields (38) in GOP(# 1) or between sequence_header_code should be equal or smaller than 36."

The Mpeg-2 is 4:3 progressive. I have tried to set the GOP in HCenc to "Auto", as well as the PAL and NTSC limits of 15 and 18 respectively, and they all pull the same error.

Any ideas?

Use GOP length = 14, or less. That should do it.
