PixelMagic PDI Deluxe capture card, is it any good?

It's based of of the BT878 chipset. It also works well with Dscaler, which is a pretty good TV viewer.

The only downside is that the BT878 chipset is pretty old and uses a 8bit DAC. Newer cards use a better 10-bit DAC.

The big upside is that it support inputs for 480i Component signals.
