View Full Version : NTSC 29.97(i) problems

This is a really bad transfer from VHS, I think the movie is 23.98 (originally).
It seems whoever captured this probably used a standalone DVD recorder or something and it interlaced it while it was encoding.

I've done laserdisc caps before and always captured from PC
uncompressed > IVTC > MPEG-2 .
But I've never dealt with something like this, and I think I'm right
about it .
source was 23.98 encoded(i) to 29.97

anyways I cant find anything to use that doesnt leave some sort of comb lines on this.

any help appreciated

fieldDeinterlace(full=true, blend=true, dthreshold=10)

You just need the decomb.dll
