In Playback options I do have AUTO-LOAD SUBTITLES checked, but subtitles do not show up until I check ENABLED fron the NAVIGATE > SUBTITLE LANGUAGE menu option (see attached screen shot). The problem is that I have to do this manually every time I play a dvd. How can I leave this option Enabled by default? Or if there is another way, How can I get subtitles to be on by default everytime I play a dvd?

At the DVD/OGM control panel section, try selecting your preferred subtitle language. That might auto-enable subtitles on the future.

Anyone found a solution for this by now, I recently switched from powerdvd to mpc-hc as my default dvd player, but every time the program is closed, subs for dvd are disabled again.

Set preferred sub language as well as sub load order, that seems to preform most of the time choosing the preferred sub language that I set in option, however it simply does NOT enable the DVD subs automatically it has to be done by hand, Am I missing something or is this normal behaviour
