mpeg2 SVCD size problems

I tried to create a PAL SVCD. Therefore the MPEG2-Stream has zo be 480 x 576 in size. But regardless what Size I select, TMPG always encodes in 768 x 576 which is DVD resolution.
What to do? :confused:

I assume you loaded the appropriate SVCD template ... if nothing else helps, delete the CurrentCfg.tpr from your tmpgenc directory (it saves previous settings) and see if this solves your problem.

I reload my and other templates several times but it didn't help. I also deleted the config-file and reinstalled Tmpg. But nothing helped :mad:
So again, what can I do???? :confused:
