I have a camcorder that records in MPEG-2 format. I record at a very high bitrate but I'd like to re-encode at an appropriate bitrate for DVD with date/time that the file was created encoded into the picture.
I own Sony Vegas but I can't seem to do it with that.
Is this do-able with avisynth? I know there's a plugin for DVInfo datestamps but what about MPEG-2? The d2v doesn't store date/time so I suspect it's impossible.
I've searched everywhere so any help would be MUCH appreciated.
Thanks
