"Break Up" problem ripping

I have tried running , shrink , dvd bfab decrypter, pgc edit and am now trying ripit4me ...has anyone had the problems Im exeriencing
shrink error :cyclic redundancy
pgcedit:I/o errors even when I redo phase 2
dvd fab: unable to continue ? (unsure)
