Is there any software to check whether a .M2V file is completely DVD compiliant or not?
And No Muxman please. I need a faster one to check every frame of the file.

Try to load it into "TMPGEnc DVD Author" v.1.6 - It will either accept it as being a compliant file, or it will generate an error message telling you it's not compliant...

you want to check every frame and you want something faster than muxman?
not going to happen :)
i can suggest authoring it into a DVD (if it allows that), then running the compiled project through Philips DVD Verifier... that'll set you back a few thousand bux though.
failing that, burn a disc and check on as many (and as finicky) players as you can find.
aside from the usual frame size, rate, aspect and bitrate limitations, the only way to know if it's compliant is either the authoring program tells you or you test it as a complete DVD.
and even then you wont know for sure. it's the nature of the somewhat hazy (and prohibitively expensive) DVD specs that most authoring programs and most players have a slightly different idea of what's compliant and what's not.
