I try to make video file size 175mb with Twopass-2nd pass but i get 290mb. Why, How i can change that?

i red that but it didnt helped me, belive me i have searched for it before posting

well.. did you change the overflow settins, quantizer caps etc?

What was the size of your first pass. Surely if you had searched and read, you would have provided at least that detail.
