Is there unicode subtitle editor?

Well, as it's clear from the topic title, i'm searching for unicode subtitle editor with similar functions as SubtitleWorkshop (time adjusting, split&join, fixing errors, etc.). Could you recommend something? Thanks.

AegiSub, ChronoSub should be ok...depends of your input format.Input is SRT... I've checked ChronoSub, it lacks of a lot of the SW-functions. Through, it may, on necessity, to convert unicodes to ANSI. Thanks...
