Hello
I have some MKV files where subs display \n instead of a line break. I'm looking for a way to fix them (hopefully in batch mode) or a player who can fix this on the fly so i can watch those files.

which subtitle renderer are you currently using?

Thanks for the reply.
I don't know if render you mean the program i'm using to view them.
Anyway, i tried those MKV in XBMC, also in my PC using VLC on Windows and mplayer/Totem in Linux.
On every program i get the \n

What program are you using to create the subtitles?

The MKVs are already made what i want is to change the \n in those subtitles and fix them. Don't know if there's a player where i can override this or maybe i will need to extract them and fix them by hand?

EDIT: A friend of mine gave me those MKVs (Anime)
