I can remeber this problem was discussed here some time ago. I think there exist a request to MSU but no reaction. So, so far as i know nobody know the command chain.

The problem is multi-fold. Firstly, we don't have the source code to look at the parm listing and secondly, however you configure the filter, the vcf settings don't change. I haven't been able to get anything other than:
VirtualDub.video.filters.Add("MSU Logo Remover");
VirtualDub.video.filters.instance[0].Config(10, "10.000000");
Typical MSU conundrum.

Since virtualdub filters need conversion to rgb color space in any case-easiest way out would be to frameserve to avisynth from virtualdub.

May be, it is a possible to create the similar results with some advanced script and MVTools (or to add some new function to it)?

I send them 2 mails myself but they are playing dead.
But i won't use it anyway. I did a encode on a clip with 5000 frames and after a few hundred frames the logo partly reappeared again. I don't know if i configuered something wrong and i didn't investigate it any further. For those who are interested in that behaviour here's another clip with that error: http://www.sendspace.com/file/f3o064

I wrote long time ago to MSU. They does not answer for, i think, about 3-4 month. Then i get an answer. They said, my mail was in the spam-directory.
However. They give me an answer.
