WMV to XviD converter?

Hi, I can't find any program to convert from WMV to XviD, with configurable XviD settings. I have found a few that say it works, but no one actually worked properly. Please tell me 1 or more programs to try. Thanks.

mencoder with -of rawvideo can convert wmv to a raw XviD stream if that is what you meant. Possible you meant an XviD avi, which it can also do. Also there is the lavf muxers.

Could also try AVIDemux or using AVISynth to frameserve to say VDub.

IIRC, Bink Video will convert a WMV file to whatever format you want, also.
