Simple batch convertor able to use 2pass XviD?

Any tip for such aplication? Have tons of clips, want just to dragndrop them to some window, set parameters for 2pass conversion and let it work, XviD 1.2 support is welcome.

For example VideoCleaner would be great, but doesnt support 2pass for any of output formats :(

There are many tools with batch processing facilities - GordianKnot, AutoGordianKnot, StaxRip, MeGUI. Have you tried any?

You'd have to set the settings on each clip individually though or if the clips have the same parameters, you can index them in one go (one single d2v for all the clips), apply the 2-pass settings once, process them in one shot and cut them later if needed.
