Hello to Everyone, I foundout there are many type's of PAL & NTSC, they are also labeled according to their Country. So my question is this how do I switch from one country type to another the long way (example: Nero Vision -> More -> Video Option's) & the short way HEX Editing ?

i believe those are related to how the pal/ntsc signal is encoded on to RF. for digital video its irrelevant.

If so how does Nero Vision (example: Nero Vision -> More -> Video Option's) able to do it ?

it's digitised before nero gets near it.

in the digital domain, the differences in PAL, PAL B/G, SECAM, etc all disappear. what's left is 720x576 with 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 colour. nero can handle it from there.

also, most TVs can handle all of those formats (with the possible exception of SECAM, but most'll do that too these days) and most capture devices will handle it too.

the only shaky systems are the hacked "PAL 60" and "NTSC 4.43" systems that VCRs love to output, but bugger-all devices can accept (at work we shipped in a bunch of VCRs, and it turns out they only output NTSC 4.43 instead of 3.58, meaning they were completely useless).

similarly, on a DVD the picture is stored as 4:2:0 colour only (some minor variations are possible in the RGB conversion), and is converted to the appropriate analog system on playback.
