hey there im curious.....my computer an
Intel P4 3.4GHZ
1gb Ram
800gb storage
pretty fast takes around 1hour and 8 minutes to encode an 40 min episode of something using xvid. Im not sure if this is meant to be faster or what??
is there something i can do to make it faster? cos i have noooo clue.

Slider]is there something i can do to make it faster?
Not much with AutoGK, other than selecting a smaller output resolution. If you have two hard drives, you can send the output to a different drive than the source video. Pre-rip the DVD to your hard drive instead of encoding directly from the disk if you're not already doing that (It appears that you are).
