Versatile Player ????

Could someone help me ?

I'm looking for a software "DVD" player that could load, sync and play:D diferent files in a HD (or a DATA DVD) !

What i would like to do is this:

- rip my dvds to hd
- extract every audio, video, subtitle streams (for the movie)

- and then, be able to open a piece of software, which would allow me to chose a video/audio/subtitle combination from those files and would play it !! (without any sync problems)


Does anyone know such a piece of software ????
