I have a video that will let me rip all the VOB's to the hard drive but when I try to burn it to a dvd I get a read error. I'm using dvd Decrypter to rip the DVD and then trying to use Nero Recode to put on a DVD.
I can play the vob file that it's having issues with from the HD without any problems?
Anybody have any idea's as to what is happening..

Hi!
Sounds like your original DVD has "RipGuard" copy protection.
What is the Title and Region of the DVD?
Try ripping your DVD(s) using the easy to use "RipIt4me" package. You can download this excellent freeware from:
www.ripit4me.org
While you're at that site, read the excellent "how to" tutorial...

You should also use something else for burning, such as ImgBurn. It will import files from either method of RipIt4Me.

I can rip the DVD to my hard drive just fine.. It just that Neroe Record fails on importing one of the files. I get no errors using dvd Decrypter.

@wedgero
The original "RipGuard" protection scheme did not prevent DVD Decrypter from ripping and copying the entire DVD to your hard drive - but DVD Decrypter would replace bad sectors with "dummy" sectors - which prevents programs such as NERO Recode and DVD Shrink from processing/compressing the rips.
So again, I say:

snakedanceDr. Who or Hypatia Lee?
I still suggest you go the "RipIT4Me" route. After the "RipIt4Me" package has run through "RipIT4Me", "DVD Decrypter", and "FixVTS" exit the program and then use NERO Recode...

I got it to work by going back an using dvd decypter and ripping an ISO of the disk then using ImgBrn to burn it to disk.
Thanks for the help..

Oh Hypatia Lee.Definitely no special copy protection/I got it to work by going back an using dvd decypter and ripping an ISO of the disk then using ImgBrn to burn it to disk. What does this have to do with using NERO Recode?

 If you read the my first post this would make sense.
First try I used dvd dycrypter to pull all the VOBS to my hard drive and then I tried to use "NERO RECODE" to copy the VOBS to my DVD. But "NERO RECODE" would puke during process.
