In Autogk 2.33b and below i could replace the lame.exe that was bundled with the program with the latest release version which is now 3.97. no idea why the beta version is still bundled.
Anyway if i try and replace it now, when i go to select a vob for encoding Autogk instantly consumes all my memory and the system grinds to a halt.
And heck while im at it i may as well ask: why has there never been an option to encode by a target bitrate? only thing i reckon this program still needs to become perfect.
